Professional Background

In 1999, Kasper began his career as legal counsel at the Affiliates in San Francisco, California. He continued to work as assistant general counsel for Policy Funding, LLC in Charlotte, North Carolina. In 2002, he created a private equity firm focusing on financial services technology. In 2006, the private equity firm purchased S&P Mortgage, a small Pittsburg, Pennsylvania mortgage lender. By 2007, he was able to transform this traditional mortgage lender into a financial technology company with projected sales revenue of $5 billion. This was accomplished by Kasper’s creation of the first 24 hour digital mortgage concept.

Kasper and his family reside in Indian Trail, North Carolina. He serves on the Corporate Engagement Committee for Brookstone School; is a member of the Board of Directors, Syracuse University College of Law Alumni Association; and is former President-elect of Charlotte South Rotary. Kasper mentors young men and women who become leaders in finance and law. The family frequently volunteers at the Urban Ministry, the Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina, and the Harvest Center. Kasper is married to Taria; they have two children: Camille and Kasper, Jr. (“KJ”). They are members of Central Church of God in Charlotte, North Carolina.

In addition, Zack has extensive consulting experience involving strategic planning, acquisitions integration, electronic records management, electronic records conversion, project management, business process optimization, portal deployment, ERP, software development and implementation, data conversion, PCI compliance, HIPPA, FDA compliance and Sarbanes Oxley Act compliance.

Zack and his family reside in Charlotte, North Carolina. He is married to Katrina; they have one son: Zack Jr. They are members of Miracle Rock Ministries in Wilmington, North Carolina where he serves on the Men’s Ministry. He has created a ‘speaker series’, called Real Talk, which is designed to mentor teenagers and address the issues that face adolescents in the digital age.

Jennifer Creegan Woods

Jennifer has a well-rounded background of B2B sales, business ownership, and leadership development. She has consistently remained in the top 5% of sales within the organizations she worked for in the telecom, medical and technology industries. She has been recognized as a top performer and “pacesetter” for the team. Familiar with start-ups, Jennifer has also co-founded and co-created a leadership development company and proprietary assessment. Outside of business development she has experience in training, coaching, facilitation, building alliances, as well as creating and executing marketing and sales strategies.

  • She earned her BAS in Business and Marketing from Davenport University, graduating with Honors.
  • She holds certifications within 3 studies in leadership development assessments, is Sandler Bronze certified, and a Landmark Forum advanced graduate
  • She is a lifelong learner and continues to educate herself with classes, seminars, book and audio materials.

Jennifer has served as VP of Public Relations for the Ballantyne Toastmaster’s club, co-leader for Girl Scouts, Girls on the run, and Youth Toastmasters Program. She attends and participates in volunteer events at Elevation Church and resides in Charlotte, NC with her family.
